Engineering Coordinator – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Allocate daily tasks to field teams and monitor progress using ClickUp

• Liaise with clients regarding visit schedules, delays, or changes in plans

• Confirm technical readiness of locations prior to installation, including verifying measurements, drawings, and materials

• Analyze shop drawings or specifications to detect potential issues before dispatch

• Ensure that crews are equipped with the appropriate materials, glass, and hardware

• Arrange accommodations for traveling installers

• Track vehicle mileage and maintain documentation, including registration and insurance

• Assist project managers with coordination and tracking of issues

• Evaluate the quality of completed work and report any issues as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in construction or engineering coordination

• Background in engineering or a technical field (construction, architecture, or similar)

• Proficient in English (B2+ or higher) and fluent in Russian (C1)

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Capable of interpreting basic technical drawings and measurements

• Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp or equivalent)
