This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing intricate technical project tasks, addressing project issues, and providing initial troubleshooting for clients.

• A client-facing position with occasional on-site visits to client locations.

• Setting up and resolving issues with servers and networks.

• Configuring and migrating cloud services.

• Oversight of small to medium-sized projects.

• Offering technical guidance during planning and scoping discussions.

• Contributing to departmental objectives by achieving personal KPI targets.

• Occasional international travel and on-call responsibilities.

• Some evening shifts and the option to work from home.

• Documenting internal processes and creating guides.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency with public cloud technologies, particularly Azure.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a systems engineering role.

• Preferred certifications include AI, Azure Expert, MCSE, VCP, and CCP.

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.

• Must be available to work during EST hours.
