This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.
β’ Design and build scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions tailored for MacOS applications using contemporary DevOps toolchains.
β’ Develop self-service tools and frameworks for MacOS applications within the CI/CD realm to minimize developer toil and speed up delivery cycles.
β’ Establish monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation processes for services under your ownership.
β’ Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement best practices.
β’ Offer technical guidance through the creation and optimization of pipelines.
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident of the U.S.
β’ Proficient in administering and troubleshooting MacOS-based hosts and CI/CD dependencies, including Swift, Xcode, and native MacOS package management.
β’ Strong programming skills in an OOP language such as Python, Java, Groovy, or Go.
β’ 8β12 years of experience in DevOps with a significant emphasis on software development.
β’ Practical experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent platforms in an enterprise setting.
β’ Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
β’ Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architectural patterns.
β’ Experience in source control management, including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies, particularly with Bitbucket and GitLab.
β’ Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
β’ Background in configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
β’ Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Logscale.
β’ Knowledge of GitOps methodologies including ArgoCD or Flux.
β’ Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
β’ Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with global, distributed teams.
β’ Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices.
β’ Self-driven to keep up with evolving technologies and industry best practices.
