Engineer – Enterprise Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, orchestrate, deploy, and provide support for intricate integrations across Workday, Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi, cloud, on-premises, and third-party platforms.

• Create Workday integrations utilizing Studio Developer, RaaS Integrations, EIB, calculated fields, custom reports, and web services.

• Oversee integrations within HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Absence functions.

• Develop and sustain Oracle Integration Cloud integrations, Oracle ERP Cloud finance integrations, PL/SQL packages and procedures, BIP reports, OTBI analyses and dashboards, as well as VBCS pages.

• Design, implement, deploy, and maintain processes, maps, connectors, error handling, monitoring, and alerting within Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

• Engage in proof-of-concept development, demonstrations, and provide post-deployment support.

• Convert business process requirements into technical specifications.

• Establish best practices for service development and application integration.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting tasks.

• Interact with both internal and external technical experts while delivering ongoing technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of comprehensive Workday experience.

• Workday Integration/Studio Certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated programming proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT 3.0, and Java.

• Experience with Workday’s integration toolkit along with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and Absence integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in constructing Oracle Integration Cloud components.

• 5+ years of experience in developing PL/SQL packages and stored procedures.

• Familiarity with Oracle SOA Cloud Service, Oracle Managed File Transfer, OSB, BPEL, and BAM.

• 3+ years of experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

• Experience with Boomi connectors, processes, maps, deployment strategies, API Management, and B2B/EDI.

• Understanding of cloud and hybrid integration architectures and complex multi-platform integration projects.

• Experience integrating with third-party APIs.

• Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent proven experience.

• A total of 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.

• Experience working in an Agile team environment.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Understanding of enterprise security frameworks and data security for Oracle Cloud SaaS, OCI applications, and Workday systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, prioritization, presentation, and requirements communication skills.
