Servicing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance on DN Solutions machines and other equipment in line with internal servicing standards.

• Identify faults and carry out repairs as necessary.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Mills CNC clients.

• Adhere to internal health and safety protocols and procedures rigorously.

• Communicate relevant information within Mills in accordance with Quality Processes.

• Organize work to be within approximately 2 hours of the engineer's home address when feasible.

• Travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified engineer with a recognized apprenticeship.

• Valid driving license with no more than 3 penalty points.

• Openness to travel as required.

• Capability to visit customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland when necessary.

• Professional and effective communication skills.

• Strong proactive mindset and approach to on-site issue resolution.

• Familiarity with CNC turning and milling machine tools.

• Experience in CNC Machine Tool maintenance is desirable.

• CNC control experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain systems is desirable.
