This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Draft, format, and finalize high-quality engineering documentation, such as process descriptions, operating and maintenance manuals, safety protocols, and technical specifications for tenders.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to create precise, high-quality technical drawings that comply with industry and safety standards.
• Assist in the drafting and development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for NPI utility systems (e.g., water, fuel, air, and lubrication facilities).
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers to convert conceptual designs into detailed, construction-ready blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records within the company’s document control system, along with administrative tasks and document formatting in Word and Excel.
• Support NPI mining projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle: PFS, DES, FEED, and Detailed Design.
• Aid in the creation of comprehensive tender packages and construction-ready documentation for mining infrastructure.
• Ensure design continuity across all project phases to minimize redesign, prevent scope creep, and guarantee constructability.
• Monitor project changes and verify that initial project assumptions align with final engineering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a drafting or engineering role, ideally within the mining, heavy industry, or NPI sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D) and **Revit**. Experience with **Navisworks** and demonstrated ability to create P&IDs and PFDs is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional technical writing skills with the capability to produce clear, compliant tender documents and engineering reports.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and open to tackling new challenges through problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• **Nice to have**
• Experience with Australian WA mining standards or Non-Process Infrastructure would be a significant advantage.
• Background in modular and scalable infrastructure design.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
