This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise outsourced vendors to guarantee high-quality service delivery through effective SLA/KPI management.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to enhance global data and voice environments.
• Administer network infrastructure in accordance with established operational standards.
• Establish and refine operational processes and service benchmarks.
• Oversee vendors while managing service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve service-related issues.
• Lead the resolution of incidents and engage in major incident management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and assist with the implementation in production.
• Provide support to Franklin Templeton offices and employees globally as part of a distributed international team.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting network solutions within medium to large distributed enterprise environments.
• Proficient in switching architectures, specifically with Cisco Nexus OS and Catalyst IOS.
• Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN, routers, ASA, and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of routing protocols and load balancers.
• Capability to diagnose production issues and collaborate with vendors.
• Basic understanding of voice infrastructure is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and diagramming abilities.
• Competence in liaising with business customers, development teams, and vendors.
• Awareness of the ITIL framework.
• Ability to interact with and lead team members across local, international, and multi-site settings.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a global context.
• Capacity to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
