• Build & Scale: Create intelligent and scalable solutions for collection processes that manage high-volume debt recovery operations.

• Design Customer-Centric Experiences: Develop thorough renegotiation and installment strategies that harmonize recovery objectives with customer satisfaction.

• Leverage AI for Impact: Utilize artificial intelligence to prioritize tasks, streamline workflows, and expedite feature delivery.

• Collaborate & Iterate: Engage cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to test and execute recovery strategies.

• Measure & Optimize: Evaluate customer behavior data to assess impact and continuously enhance collection methodologies.
