This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, enhance, and assess the architecture of our **AI agents** and the microservices that support them, ensuring technical cohesion and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by proposing new modules, new agents, or optimizing existing ones.
• Build and advance the **evaluation framework for agents**: defining quality metrics, golden sets, offline and online assessments, LLM-as-judge, behavior regression testing, and A/B testing of prompts and models. It is through evaluation that we determine, with data, whether a version of the agent can go into production.
• Ensure the **reliability and security of agents** in production: implementing guardrails, addressing hallucinations, and ensuring the observability of execution (not just the deployment pipeline), with each response being traceable and auditable.
• Participate in **prompt governance** and in the evolution cycle of agents (versioning, approval, and secure rollout).
• Ensure end-to-end automation, from testing to deployment, with genuine observability in production.
• Optimize resource usage and costs — including **inference/token costs** (AI FinOps) — by creating tools and routines that minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure platform compliance and reliability.
• Serve as a technical reference and an active agent in the continuous improvement of the team (mentorship, reviews, dissemination of best practices).
• Strong experience in **Java** and the **Spring** ecosystem (Boot, Web, Data, Cloud).
• Real-world experience with **microservices architecture** and distributed systems.
• Experience with **containers (Docker) and Kubernetes**.
• Knowledge of **relational (SQL)** and **non-relational databases** (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar).
• Experience with **asynchronous messaging** (at least one: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• Familiarity with **public cloud**, preferably **AWS**.
• Consistent practice with **automated testing** and a **DevOps/CI-CD** culture.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, concurrent programming, OOP, design patterns, and REST/JSON integration.
• Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban).
• Meal and/or food vouchers.
• Health and dental insurance.
• Life insurance.
• Partnerships with TotalPass and ZenKlub.
• Extended maternity and paternity leave.
• Childcare assistance.
• Discounts of up to 50% on postgraduate and MBA programs from prestigious institutions, such as FIA, FAAP, and PUCRS.
• No dress code: wear what makes you feel good.
• #CelebrateYou: Day off on your birthday.
• Baby Gift: present for newborns.
