This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop robust and scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot

• Engage throughout the software lifecycle, from conception to production delivery

• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and continuous quality

• Create and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure reliability

• Integrate and manage relational databases, as well as work with Kafka and Kafka Connect

• Collaborate with JPA/Hibernate and Kubernetes for application orchestration

• Ensure observability through metrics, logs, and monitoring

• Apply best practices for resilience, fault tolerance, and high availability

• Collaborate with other teams, fostering technical alignment and clear communication

• Propose innovative solutions to technical and business challenges

• Document architectures and technical decisions

• Support the technical development of other engineers

• Seek continuous feedback and act in a collaborative and proactive manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

• Experience with relational databases

• Consistent practice in unit, integration, and E2E testing

• Knowledge of Kafka/Kafka Connectors

• Experience with Maven and/or Gradle

• Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Ability to make technical decisions considering overall impact
