This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and enhance applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, employing Clean Architecture, DDD, and Event-Driven Architecture.

• Lead architectural decisions and system integrations, balancing delivery speed with technical sustainability.

• Establish and disseminate engineering standards that empower junior team members to develop with agility and confidence.

• Mentor the team through code reviews, pair programming, and continuous technical feedback.

• Collaborate with SRE to instrument and monitor reliability metrics (SLAs/SLOs) aligned with the department and company's OKRs.

• Research, prototype, and propose technical innovations on a daily basis.

• Work alongside peers within your team and across other teams to facilitate end-to-end deliveries, strengthening culture through rituals, feedback, and celebration of achievements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in building and maintaining production applications with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.

• Proficiency in service/microservices architecture and API integrations (REST, RPC, or GraphQL).

• Experience with databases (both relational and/or NoSQL, such as MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, DDD, and/or event-driven systems.

• Experience with automated testing and code quality practices.
