This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Structure the project's physical schedule.

• Generate reports on the project's physical progress to support the Project Manager and inform short, medium, and long-term milestones.

• Participate in meetings and workshops to define and monitor the physical schedule, utilizing the designated planning and control tool.

• Employ existing standards for schedule and risk management within the Company.

• Engage in workshops for qualitative risk analysis and quantitative analysis of time and cost.

• Produce probabilistic results for milestone achievement based on quantitative analysis of timelines and costs.

• Use the corporate system for registering risks and response plans.

• Conduct follow-ups with individuals responsible for identified risks, managing action plans, pending issues, and backlog resolution, and periodically inform the project manager.

• Perform other similar tasks of the same complexity and scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project.

• Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis software.

• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6.

• Strong logical and analytical skills.

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Advanced or fluent English language skills.

• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with team members and external parties.

• Intermediate knowledge of Office suite software.

• Four years of experience in similar activities related to the service scope, subject to contract oversight approval.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with regular registration in the respective professional council.

• One of the following certifications/training: PRINCE2 Practitioner; PMP®; PMI-RMP®; PMI-SP®; AACE-PSP; AACE-PRMP; equivalent Lato-Sensu postgraduate training subject to prior approval; or equivalent certification subject to prior approval.
