⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or business management (7+ years if holding an advanced degree)

• Minimum of 3 years in the life sciences industry

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred

• Proficient in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related fields

• Experienced in using AI tools and LLMs to enhance project delivery
