This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact responsible for assigned projects.

• Oversee planning, mobilization, and delivery of engagements related to data, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Maintain logs for Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), manage change control, provide status updates, and track financials.

• Provide timely escalations to senior leadership for early warnings.

• Project revenue forecasts, monitor profit margins, manage scope changes, and collaborate on contract renewals and extensions.

• Develop stakeholder management strategies and communicate the program's status, associated risks, and key decisions.

• Manage and influence both internal delivery teams, third-party vendors, and client resources.

• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Account Managers.

• Identify opportunities for delivery enhancements, share insights from past engagements, and improve management standards and tools.

• Assist in the creation of proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations.

• Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in coordination with the finance team.

• Act as a cultural ambassador within the organization and in client interactions.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in professional services delivery within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or digital consultancy.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex programs simultaneously, particularly in data and/or AI sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI or machine learning-enabled products and services to enterprise clients.

• Strong expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub/GitLab.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and negotiation, including interaction with C-suite executives.

• Solid commercial understanding in areas like budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and change control.

• Capacity to cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with clients as a proactive and accountable partner in delivery.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex delivery topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.

• Competence to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining performance under pressure.
