This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end success for strategic private equity or holding company accounts, ensuring accountability for outcomes across all operating companies, from pre-sale to long-term value realization.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic and private equity deals to outline the scope of work in accordance with the BuildOps PS catalog (core implementation, ERP migration, tenant migration, data, training, integrations), establish clear implementation expectations, and assess account readiness for kickoff.
• Drive deployment strategies and program planning across the private equity parent and each operating company, defining program phases, governance cadences, risk and issue management, and dependencies across operating companies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including BuildOps Implementation Managers, data/ERP specialists, Customer Success, and Support, to execute a well-defined plan and standard methodology.
• Develop a multi-year account plan that encompasses adoption and utilization targets by holding company and operating company, identify expansion opportunities (additional modules, integrations, new operating companies), and maintain ongoing professional services engagements.
• Represent BuildOps in executive forums, including steering committees and executive business reviews with private equity operating partners, C-suite executives, and operating company leadership, creating clear narratives that link implementation details to business outcomes.
• Advocate for best practices and reusability across the portfolio, ensuring that documentation (runbooks, process maps, RACIs) is captured and can be reused across operating companies to enhance delivery excellence.
• 6–10+ years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or complex SaaS implementation, with responsibility for multi-workstream programs and visibility at the executive level.
• Proven history of leading enterprise or private equity-backed portfolios, preferably in industrial, field service, construction, or related sectors.
• Comprehensive hands-on SaaS deployment experience from start to finish: discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live optimization.
• Exceptional program management skills, including governance cadences, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and decision logging across complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Expertise in change management with a demonstrated ability to foster stakeholder alignment, create communication plans, and achieve widespread frontline adoption.
• Strong commercial and professional services acumen, including a deep understanding of professional services economics (scoping, pricing, margin) and their relationship to SaaS Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Executive presence and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and gain credibility with private equity operating partners, CEOs, CFOs, and field leadership.
