This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of customer onboarding by facilitating early delivery and converting clients to long-term contracts.
• Direct customer strategy in areas such as SEO, content, and AI visibility, with a strong emphasis on achieving results.
• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with customers and oversee all daily communications.
• Convert performance metrics (including traffic, rankings, AI visibility, and conversions) into tangible business outcomes.
• Collaborate with editors and specialists to guarantee high-quality execution delivered on schedule.
• Quickly eliminate obstacles and take direct action when hands-on leadership is required during execution.
• Recognize opportunities for renewal and expansion, advancing these discussions in collaboration with Account Directors.
• Relay insights and trends back to the team to enhance playbooks and scale delivery efficiently.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift and speed is essential.
• 4–7 years of experience in customer success, engagement management, account strategy, consulting, or agency delivery.
• Strong foundation in SEO, content strategy, and performance-oriented marketing.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and facilitating renewals or expansions.
• Experience collaborating with growth-stage or enterprise marketing teams.
• Capability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining high quality.
