Engagement Health Operations Associate – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in project onboarding activities, encompassing EH touchpoints, readiness tasks, documentation, stakeholder communications, and follow-up necessary to ensure uniform program execution.

• Aid in QA operations and compliance management across healthcare consulting projects, including process administration, tracking, documentation, and fulfillment of required steps.

• Facilitate project health follow-up and intervention activities by tracking indicators, documenting risks or concerns, coordinating next steps, and preparing materials for program leadership evaluation.

• Manage EH data sources, reporting tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

• Implement operational processes supporting EH programs, ensuring that activities are completed according to established standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Assist in contract, audit, and governance-related tasks by collecting documentation, coordinating responses, tracking requirements, and maintaining precise records.

• Oversee survey operations, including NPS, PES/AIMES, Capability Reviews, and other feedback mechanisms, ensuring prompt execution, data collection, and stakeholder follow-up.

• Aid in the adoption and implementation of reporting enhancements, dashboards, process improvements, and new program capabilities across project leadership teams.

• Identify and propose opportunities to enhance project-level quality processes, bolster consistency, increase adoption, and minimize administrative friction.

• Develop clear summaries, slides, and supporting materials for program leadership, EH Champions, capability leaders, and executive presentations.

• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, training resources, and knowledge assets to facilitate onboarding and consistent execution.

• Utilize available tools, including Microsoft business products, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power BI, and AI tools, to organize information, support reporting, and enhance execution efficiency.

• Recognize escalation needs, communicate effectively, and provide recommendations on potential pathways forward while collaborating with the Manager/Program Lead on complex or sensitive issues.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex feedback into concise, audience-ready summaries.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, including interpreting qualitative and quantitative inputs and identifying patterns.

• Comfortable addressing complex issues within defined program parameters, with limited oversight as experience increases.

• Capable of determining resource needs, prioritizing work, coordinating among stakeholders, and ensuring action items progress.

• Sound judgment to recognize issues, evaluate urgency, and escalate appropriately when leadership involvement is necessary.

• Ability to make recommendations to program leadership based on data, stakeholder feedback, and program priorities.

• High proficiency in using Microsoft business products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Power BI is preferred.

• Ability to independently learn new tools and databases, including utilizing AI such as Copilot.

• Experience in consulting, project delivery, client success, operations, quality assurance, or related healthcare/client service environments is preferred.

• 3-5 years of providing consulting services in a project-based setting.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Current permanent US work authorization is required.
