This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Oversee and coordinate site teams and trade partners in creating project schedules using standard CPM scheduling tools for large, intricate, or multiple projects.
• Assist leadership by monitoring and updating project schedules across various or larger projects.
• Develop mitigation strategies and support site management in creating plans to address scheduling issues on a project.
• Guide, mentor, and train team members in scheduling techniques.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals, leading effective strategies for project schedule pursuits.
• Aid in the implementation of comprehensive company-wide training initiatives.
• Engage in corporate planning and scheduling enhancement initiatives, sharing best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight (8) years of construction experience or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
• In-depth understanding of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company-specific software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard construction practices, project sequencing, and installation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and sound judgment in independently foreseeing, identifying, and addressing unique problems in complex projects.
• Strong skills in reading, reviewing, and interpreting plans and specifications, with the ability to pinpoint issues during document evaluation.
• Familiarity with project management, procurement, and contracts.
• Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and delegation abilities, along with the capacity to manage others' work effectively.
• Capacity to provide an exceptional customer experience, resulting in superior service ratings from both external and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project estimates to aid in schedule development, cost loading, and resource allocation.
• Ability to interpret and apply customer scheduling specifications and contractual requirements.
• Quick comprehension of complex projects at the proposal stage, often without project plans, and the ability to devise strong project scheduling strategies based on expected challenges.
• Capability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to seeking innovative solutions.
