This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Acquire knowledge about Victaulic’s offerings and solutions for clients.
• Address objections encountered in the field concerning conventional pipe joining methods.
• Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to formulate a business strategy.
• Foster and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project stakeholders.
• Inform customers about the advantages of Victaulic products.
• Guide the inside sales team and other support personnel to fulfill customer needs.
• Prior sales experience in promoting “value added” products/services, ideally within the commercial construction sector, PVF industry (pipes, valves, fittings), or mechanical goods.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to build and maintain enduring relationships.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
