This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Conducts consistent outreach and account management activities for designated trade allies, which include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market participants, to facilitate program participation.
• Effectively communicates policies and procedures regarding program requirements, incentive structures, timelines, and submission processes through approved methods and channels (such as email, CRM, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions).
• Manages onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives with trade allies, including providing training on the incentive submission procedures and portal usage.
• Works in collaboration with internal program teams to ensure that outreach activities are in line with program objectives, schedules, and performance targets.
• Prioritizes outreach and engagement initiatives based on program requirements, participation trends, and account-specific performance expectations.
• Addresses moderate issues related to incentive submissions, documentation deficiencies, program rule interpretation, or participation challenges, escalating more complex or high-risk matters as necessary.
• Verifies trade ally submissions, reported activities, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Assesses recurring issues or barriers to participation and collaborates with program teams to propose modifications to outreach strategies or guidance materials.
• Analyzes program participation data, dashboards, and CRM records to identify outreach deficiencies and assist in prioritization decisions.
• Ensures the accuracy and completeness of trade ally interaction records maintained within CRM systems.
• Communicates updates on policies and practices both internally and externally to promote a shared understanding of program modifications and expectations.
• High School diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in energy efficiency programs, supply chain engagement, outreach, sales support, or market-facing roles.
• Proven experience in coordinating with external partners and internal program teams within a structured, process-oriented environment.
• Capability to analyze program participation data and prioritize outreach efforts accordingly.
• Experience in validating documentation and resolving moderate participation or procedural issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey program policies and practices.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
• Willingness to travel locally within Connecticut for outreach activities (1-2 days per week).
