This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with application administration, encompassing intakes, transfers, cancellations, and assignment procedures.
• Compile information requests for clients and assessors to rectify submission shortcomings.
• Foster customer satisfaction and cultivate customer relationships.
• Engage in business development initiatives.
• Evaluate program metrics, including project volume, related energy savings, and emerging trends.
• Recognize opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.
• Develop and sustain reports for managing and tracking project activities.
• Utilize the house-as-a-system methodology to aid households throughout British Columbia in achieving enhanced comfort and energy efficiency.
• Ensure the seamless execution of projects and programs both internally and externally, adhering to program, practice, and operational guidelines.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Environment, Science, Business, or Engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with all management levels, colleagues, and external parties.
• Must reside in British Columbia.
• Authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship or immigration assistance.
• Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
• Targeted compensation of $23 per hour.
• Compensation range between $19.00 and $30.25 CAD per hour.
• 4-month co-op placement.
