Endoluminal Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate effective learning progression.

• Assist in service training, training labs, initial case series, and the development of teams and programs.

• Cultivate clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology.

• Partner with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to implement Ion® at new customer locations.

• Ensure continuous customer engagement and effective utilization of the Ion® system.

• Enable user and procedural data collection for QTI and benchmarking metrics.

• Collaborate with da Vinci local sales teams along with internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and expense reporting.

• Support initial sustainable Ion® users and programs while developing KOLs and programs that showcase Ion®'s value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience is required.

• Proven ability to manage complexity and thrive in a changing environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Capacity to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

• Must be located near a major airline hub.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain illnesses, including COVID-19, may be necessary.

• Must meet relevant U.S. export-control regulations, including obtaining an export license or Technology Control Plan where applicable.

• Total target compensation of 126,140 USD for Region 1.

• Total target compensation of 119,000 USD for Region 2.
