• Provide procedural assistance to new users to ensure safety and facilitate effective learning progression.
• Support training initiatives, which include in-services, training labs, participation in first case series, and the development of teams and programs.
• Develop expertise in the clinical aspects of pulmonary oncology.
• Collaborate with ESRs to work alongside senior hospital staff and key physicians in creating and implementing a plan for the successful integration of Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring sustained commitment and effective utilization of the system.
• Facilitate the capture of critical user and procedural data to establish effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.
• Work together with daVinci local sales teams to maintain consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and the submission of expense reports, in a responsible manner.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• A proven track record of achievements and leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to handle complexity and adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
