This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional standards of care.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise, updated patient records and ensure timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and consideration.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, encompassing consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when deemed clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Successfully completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Endocrinology.
• Board-eligible in Endocrinology through ABIM.
• Willingness to achieve ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of employment.
• Possess an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum of two years of current and consecutive clinical experience treating patients with an MD/DO license.
• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Experience in women's health is advantageous.
• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
