This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within an assigned territory by creating, executing, and implementing a comprehensive territory business plan that includes key customer objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.
• Engage customers in relevant clinical discussions with a customer-focused approach, utilizing approved materials.
• Analyze sales and targeting data effectively to uncover opportunities for business growth or identify areas needing attention within the territory.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of territory business initiatives.
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, while performing all responsibilities in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional teams to create strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement a dynamic territory business plan by examining the ADH1 market in the territory to drive business. Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals including physicians, medical staff, and key stakeholders.
• Anticipate potential business challenges, adapt priorities as necessary, demonstrate flexibility, and formulate solutions to overcome challenges.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Work collaboratively with peers and company personnel to achieve corporate goals and initiatives.
• Plan and organize schedules effectively to maximize efficiency and utilize time to meet goals and objectives.
• Serve as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and its people with integrity and respect.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology. Experience in rare diseases is highly desirable.
• A BS/BA is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product/indication launches: A proven track record of successfully introducing new products and/or new indications into competitive and/or emerging markets.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, analytical capabilities, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and execute plans efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of maintaining high accountability standards.
• Capacity to influence without authority, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage with customers and assess business opportunities.

• Significant travel will be required across large geographies.
