This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets within a designated territory by devising, implementing, and executing a comprehensive business plan focused on key customer objectives.
• Demonstrating profound knowledge of scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.
• Adopting a customer-focused strategy and engaging clients in clinically pertinent conversations using approved materials.
• Analyzing sales and targeting data effectively to pinpoint growth opportunities or identify areas of concern within their territory.
• Overseeing territory business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.
• Complying with company guidelines while upholding honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, and performing all responsibilities in alignment with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Collaborating in a compliant manner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional team members to create strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Formulating and executing a dynamic territory business plan by assessing the ADH1 market in their territory to drive business outcomes. Developing, nurturing, and maintaining professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals including physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary personnel.
• Anticipating potential business obstacles, adjusting priorities as necessary, demonstrating adaptability, and devising solutions to overcome challenges.
• Maintaining an exceptional level of proficiency in sales techniques, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Collaborating with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the attainment of corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Planning and organizing their schedule effectively to maximize efficiency and achieve goals and objectives.
• Acting as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image, and representing the company, its products, and its personnel with integrity and respect.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and Pharma standards.
• 8-10 years of proven success in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology. Experience in rare diseases is highly desirable.
• A BS/BA is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in product/indication launches: A demonstrated history of successfully introducing new products and/or new indications into competitive or emerging markets.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of holding oneself to a high standard of accountability.
• Ability to influence others without authority, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage customers and assess business opportunities.

• Ability to manage large territories, with significant travel requirements.
