📋 Description

• Achieving or surpassing sales targets within a designated territory by creating, implementing, and executing a comprehensive territory business plan that focuses on key customer targets.

• Demonstrating expertise in scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.

• Adopting a customer-focused approach and engaging clients in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.

• Analyzing sales and targeting data effectively to uncover opportunities for business expansion or to identify areas of concern within the territory.

• Responsible for territory business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.

• Committing to company guidelines while exhibiting honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, performing all responsibilities in line with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Fostering compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional team members to formulate strategies that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Creating and executing a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market within the territory to drive business success. Building, nurturing, and maintaining professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and key personnel.

• Anticipating potential business challenges, adjusting priorities as necessary, demonstrating adaptability, and developing solutions to overcome obstacles.

• Maintaining a high level of proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the business landscape of the territory.

• Collaborating with peers and company personnel to ensure the attainment of corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Effectively planning and organizing schedules for maximum efficiency and optimal use of time to meet goals and objectives.

• Acting as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and its people with integrity and respect.

• Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Experience in rare diseases is strongly preferred.

• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in product/indication launch: a proven history of successfully launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive or emerging markets.

• Strong skills in leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize and execute plans effectively.

• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of maintaining high accountability standards.

• Ability to influence others without formal authority, both internally and externally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using remote technology and AI to engage customers and evaluate business opportunities.

• Commitment to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards.

• Willingness to travel extensively across large geographical areas.
