This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieving or surpassing sales objectives within a designated territory by creating, executing, and implementing a comprehensive territory business plan focused on key customer targets.

• Demonstrating expertise in scientific and clinical knowledge related to Encaleret.

• Adopting a customer-focused approach and engaging clients in clinically pertinent discussions using approved materials.

• Proficiently analyzing sales and targeting data to uncover business growth opportunities or identify areas needing attention within the territory.

• Responsible for territory business planning and the execution of key company initiatives.

• Complying with company policies and exhibiting honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability while fulfilling all responsibilities according to applicable state and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other critical cross-functional team members to formulate strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Crafting and executing a dynamic territory business plan by assessing the ADH1 market to drive business; establishing and nurturing professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians and multi-disciplinary staff.

• Anticipating potential business hurdles, re-evaluating priorities as necessary, demonstrating adaptability, and creating solutions to address challenges.

• Maintaining an exceptional level of proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insights, and the business landscape of the territory.

• Collaborating with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Efficiently planning and organizing schedules to maximize productivity and effectively meet goals and objectives.

• Serving as a representative of BridgeBio, presenting a professional image, and embodying the company's values with integrity and respect.

• Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and pharmaceutical guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; experience in rare diseases is highly preferred.

• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in product/indication launches: A successful track record of launching new products and/or new indications in competitive and/or emerging markets.

• Strong skills in leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and execute plans efficiently.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of maintaining high accountability standards.

• Ability to influence others without direct authority, both internally and externally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage with clients and assess business opportunities.

• Commitment to upholding BridgeBio's high ethical standards.

• Willingness to travel extensively across large territories.
