📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass sales targets within a designated territory by crafting, implementing, and executing a comprehensive business plan that focuses on key customer targets.

• Demonstrate expertise in scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.

• Adopt a customer-focused approach, engaging clients in clinically relevant discussions while utilizing approved resources.

• Analyze sales metrics and targeting data effectively to uncover business growth opportunities or identify areas of concern within the territory.

• Responsible for territory business planning and the execution of essential company initiatives.

• Uphold company guidelines, showcasing honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, while performing all tasks in accordance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.

• Maintain compliant collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other key cross-functional team members to devise strategies that promote high customer satisfaction.

• Create and execute a dynamic territory business plan by evaluating the ADH1 market in the territory to drive business; build and maintain professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Anticipate potential business challenges, adjust priorities as necessary, demonstrate adaptability, and formulate solutions to tackle these challenges.

• Sustain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the business landscape of the territory.

• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Plan and organize schedules effectively to maximize efficiency and optimize time in reaching goals and objectives.

• Serve as an ambassador for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image and representing the company, its products, and its people with integrity and respect.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; experience in rare diseases is strongly preferred.

• BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in product/indication launches, with a track record of successfully introducing new products and/or indications in highly competitive or emerging markets.

• Strong skills in leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Capacity to influence others without direct authority, both internally and externally.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.

• Commitment to upholding BridgeBio’s high ethical standards.

• Willingness to travel extensively across large geographical areas.
