This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with A&E professionals, such as consultants, engineers, and specifiers.
• Educating, presenting, and providing support to the A&E community on HID Global solutions.
• Generating new business opportunities through A&E channels and related end-user projects.
• Organizing project activities, including job meetings, proofs of concept, and collaboration across teams.
• Collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to ensure seamless support for clients.
• Keeping precise records of activities, including monthly updates and tracking of the sales funnel.
• Acting as the main point of contact between HID Global and the A&E community.
• Recognizing and influencing specification opportunities in physical access control projects.
• Assisting end users and partners with customized solutions that align with project needs.
• Partnering with regional teams and business development specialists to ensure consistent execution.
• Overseeing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while promoting strategic growth initiatives.
• Representing customer needs and feedback within HID's internal teams for ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years of sales or business development experience in Physical Access Control.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience selling to the A&E community.
• Established track record of consultative selling with senior decision makers.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both team and individual selling environments.
• Proven project management abilities with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through capabilities.
• Eligibility to acquire or maintain ASIS membership.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Established network within the A&E and physical access control sectors.
• Experience working across North American markets.
• Understanding of security industry standards and emerging technologies.
