Enablement Operations Manager, Math and Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of key projects and initiatives within assigned i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and science products or workstreams.

• Act as the primary subject matter expert in math and science product implementation for designated areas.

• Oversee project timelines, dependencies, risks, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead special projects related to sales-cycle requests and implementation trends, including adoption cycles, state adoption submissions, and curriculum edition launches.

• Execute prioritized tasks that align with Revenue Operations objectives.

• Keep abreast of the K–8 mathematics and science curriculum landscape, adoption calendars, and ESSA efficacy evidence.

• Conduct work within internal knowledge management systems and ensure accurate source-of-truth content is maintained.

• Direct knowledge management audits, article reviews, SME coordination, deadline tracking, and content quality assurance.

• Monitor and update IST Support cases, IST Request deliverables, and content flags.

• Identify artifacts and deliverables that need SME review prior to publication or release.

• Serve as a Tier 2 SME for IST Support cases and address IST Request Form submissions.

• Develop and sustain math and science enablement resources.

• Collaborate with Enablement SMEs and cross-functional partners, raising any risks or obstacles as needed.

• Ensure timely communication via email, Slack, and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or a related field.

• A combination of relevant experience and education totaling 4 years will be accepted.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in operations, product marketing, product management, process management, or similar disciplines.

• Proven experience leading projects that involve cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with K–8 mathematics instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design.

• Knowledge of K–8 science instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design, including NGSS and state science frameworks.

• Proficient in presenting information to diverse audiences and crafting communications for larger groups.

• Capable of completing projects under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Strong analytical abilities to track and narrate key metrics.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to analyze unresolved issues to enhance business efficiency and revenue generation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively respond to challenges.

• Experience with EdTech software, content, and services is preferred.

• Travel requirements are minimal, at less than 5%, typically no more than twice a month for training or team meetings.
