This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales teams, healthcare providers/systems, and IT departments to implement EMR solutions both in-person and remotely.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for prenatal and oncology sales teams regarding BillionToOne’s EMR solutions.
• Deliver customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and training for end-users.
• Lead the assessment of workflows, plan roll-outs, develop training strategies, and provide go-live support.
• Manage live customer relationships after implementation, addressing any issues and changes that arise.
• Identify and advocate for new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and opportunities for interoperability.
• Evaluate and improve the customer onboarding experience alongside sales representatives and technical analysts.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with EMR systems or patient/provider portals, preferably in a diagnostic company or CLIA lab.
• Strong comprehension of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations, along with the ability to integrate all three.
• Exceptional capability to establish effective relationships with clients and staff across all levels.
• Highly tech-savvy; prior experience in a technical role is advantageous.
• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, while effectively managing expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States.
• End-user experience with multiple common EMR vendors, including Epic, Cerner, athena, eClinicalWorks, etc. (preferred).
• Existing IT connections within health systems/IDNs (preferred).
