This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Assume responsibility for and integrate the Legal HR domain.
• Offer legal advice regarding termination processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and their modifications.
• Provide legal support to the Works Council in France.
• Counsel on disciplinary procedures.
• Draft official termination and exit documents.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel on employment issues.
• Analyze and evaluate litigation risks.
• Get ready for CSE consultations, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Enforce GDPR requirements related to the processing of HR data.
• Provide legal counsel on immigration issues and work permit requests.
• Master's degree in employment law or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the realm of employment law.
• Extensive experience in overseeing terminations.
• Previous experience in a multi-entity or multinational setting is highly beneficial.
• Expert knowledge of French employment legislation.
• Strong understanding of legislation regarding employee representative bodies.
• Regularly engage in employment tribunal litigation.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Knowledge of Anglo-Saxon incentive schemes.
• Proficiency in another European employment law jurisdiction is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
