Employment Law Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate with our client to deliver comprehensive telephone support for all their employee relations requirements.

• This role involves assessing and identifying risks/claims, empowering our clients to make informed decisions regarding their business operations.

• You will offer ad hoc support through both proactive and reactive services, which includes HR training, facilitating meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings, or possibly handling exit negotiations on behalf of the client.

• Essentially, your role will be to provide the necessary support that enables clients to maintain compliance in the dynamic landscape of employment law!

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in providing employment legal counsel within private practice or consultancy, or substantial experience in an internal HR capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to advise on complex and diverse HR and employment law matters.

• Experience in conducting meetings with employees in an independent and impartial manner.

• A genuine passion for assisting and supporting clients in meeting their business objectives.

• Essential skills include tact, diplomacy, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously.

• A commitment to personal development is highly valued.
