Employment Law Advisor – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer clear, commercially-oriented advice on employment law and employee relations.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with partnership clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee a dedicated portfolio of client accounts while ensuring service delivery expectations are met.

• Engage with employee representatives on early conciliation matters when appropriate.

• Assist senior advisers with proposals and meetings with potential clients.

• Occasionally conduct external client training, webinars, blogs, and articles.

• Provide support and mentorship to paralegals and trainees.

• Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

• Advocate for WorkNest initiatives and broader Axiom GRC services when suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or HR professional with relevant experience in employment law or employee relations.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Strong knowledge base in employment law and employee relations.

• Capability to provide practical, commercially-informed advice.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

• Client-centered approach with a dedication to high service standards.

• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Commercial insight with the capacity to recognize opportunities that meet client needs.

• Proficiency in working effectively in a fast-paced advisory setting.
