This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the graphic and creative design of employer branding communications, campaigns, and experiences.
• Transform the EVP and employer-brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, systems, and campaign ideas.
• Create assets for recruitment campaigns, social media, career websites, events, presentations, internal communications, and other employer branding interactions.
• Develop infographics, illustrations, animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling materials.
• Generate creative concepts from initial brief and ideation to final production.
• Modify creative assets for various audiences, markets, formats, and digital channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Produce and edit videos, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content that highlight the organization, its culture, career opportunities, and EVP.
• Create employee stories, testimonials, recruitment videos, social media content, campaign materials, and other multimedia experiences.
• Oversee multimedia production from concept development and storyboarding through to editing, post-production, and final delivery.
• Optimize video and multimedia assets for diverse digital platforms and formats.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance employer-brand visual templates and design systems.
• Offer guidance on the proper use of employer-brand templates and visual assets.
• Ensure creative quality assurance, visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards.
• Serve as the custodian of the employer-brand visual identity, providing creative direction and design feedback.
• Aid in the visual design of career websites, campaign landing pages, and other digital experiences.
• Implement UX and digital design principles across both desktop and mobile environments.
• Assist in launching and activating the EVP and employer brand, along with recruitment campaigns, events, and internal engagement initiatives.
• Manage the internal creative asset library, which includes master artwork, templates, photography, video, icons, and graphics.
• Create naming conventions, version control, and asset management processes.
• Collaborate with agencies and external creative partners for additional production support when necessary.
• Work closely with HR and partner with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, Digital, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative design, brand design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital design, brand communications, campaign creativity, and multimedia production.
• Advanced graphic design skills with a solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in creating infographics, animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
• Strong video production and editing abilities, with experience in taking content from concept to post-production.
• Experience in creating and maintaining visual templates and design systems.
• Solid understanding of brand identity and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across various channels and formats.
• Experience in managing creative quality control and reviewing assets against defined visual standards.
• Digital design capabilities, with knowledge of designing for websites, landing pages, social media platforms, and mobile experiences.
• Ability to convert strategic concepts, EVP messaging, and employee narratives into engaging visual communications.
• Experience in managing digital or creative asset libraries and maintaining effective version control.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the capacity to interpret creative briefs and collaborate with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, is a plus.
• Experience with Figma or similar digital design and prototyping tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is beneficial.
• Proficiency in video editing, color correction, audio editing, and post-production is desirable.
• Experience in photography and video production is valuable.
• Knowledge of Canva or enterprise template management platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems is a plus.
• Understanding of web and responsive design principles is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UX/UI and accessibility principles is a plus.
• Knowledge of generative AI and emerging creative technologies, along with an understanding of responsible usage in professional creative production, is advantageous.
