• Create essential brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and detailed color palettes

• Develop, organize, and provide variations of key brand components

• Maintain brand consistency across both internal and external materials, such as pitch decks and social media kits

• Establish scalable, enduring visual systems that adhere to contemporary design standards

• Assess design quality across various platforms and ensure brand aesthetics are effectively represented in both digital and print formats

• Act as the architect and custodian of the brand identity for the Tendem project

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred

• A robust portfolio with a strong emphasis on brand identity development, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines

• In-depth knowledge of how branding is applied across both digital and print mediums

• Capability to work autonomously and create enduring visual systems

• Proficiency in creating foundational brand assets, scalable logos, color schemes, and typography systems

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma

• Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identity for digital, social media, corporate pitch decks, and print formats

• Competence in developing brand guidelines, style guides, and organized asset libraries

• A strategic, detail-oriented approach

• Strong commitment to visual consistency

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently

• A portfolio showcasing branding projects must be included in the CV
