This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Participate in a structured online survey lasting approximately 25 minutes
β’ Provide insights on the selection of carriers and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs)
β’ Offer perspectives on various plan funding models
β’ Share views on pharmacy carve-in versus carve-out arrangements
β’ Discuss day-to-day vendor management practices
β’ Ensure all responses are submitted within the specified timeline
β’ Must be employed by an organization that procures employee medical and pharmacy benefits
β’ Eligible employers may include private sector companies, public sector organizations, school districts, municipalities, labor unions, Taft-Hartley funds, or labor-affiliated entities
β’ The organization should have 201 or more employees based in the United States
β’ Must hold a position that involves making decisions regarding medical and pharmacy benefits as a primary decision-maker, a member of the decision-making team, a significant influencer, or a manager of day-to-day carrier/PBM relationships
β’ Acceptable current titles include CHRO or Chief People Officer, VP or Head of HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards, Director of HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards, Benefits Manager or Senior Benefits Manager, Total Rewards or Compensation Manager, Benefits Analyst or Benefits Specialist, CFO or VP of Finance, Controller or Director of Finance, or Procurement or Vendor Management
β’ The organization must provide a traditional group health plan: fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded
β’ Organizations that offer medical benefits solely through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) are ineligible
β’ Must be able to identify the carrier or administrator that covers the majority of employees
β’ Must be able to determine whether the medical plan is fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded
β’ Must be able to ascertain if pharmacy benefits are contracted directly with a PBM or accessed via the medical carrier
β’ Must be located in the United States
β’ Must be capable of independently completing a 25-minute online survey
β’ Employees of health plans, health insurers, benefits consultants, brokers or advisors, PBMs, providers, hospitals, or health systems are not eligible
β’ Receive a one-time payment upon successful verification of the submission
β’ Contribute to research that will shape the future of healthcare AI tools
β’ Share practical knowledge in acquiring and managing employee medical and pharmacy benefits
β’ Reasonable accommodations available upon request
