This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide guidance and support to both employees and management on employee-related matters.
• Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.
• Gather, prepare, and analyze data related to Employee Relations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct investigations into policy breaches.
• Offer recommendations for actions following investigations.
• Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee engagement and suggest strategies to enhance morale.
• Manage relationships with local labor unions.
• Provide both written and verbal guidance to management on compliance matters.
• Lead the development of a psychologically safe culture.
• Manage investigations concerning discrimination, harassment, and bullying complaints effectively.
• Provide support to other regions as necessary.
• Extensive experience in Employee Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with state and federal employment laws in Brazil.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Degree in employment law or labor relations (preferred).
• HR certification and/or advanced degree in HR (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and data systems like Jira and HR Acuity (preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT).
• Proven proficiency in conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Display flexibility, composure under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
