📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships throughout the organization.

• Provide a proactive, commercially oriented employee relations service, offering clear guidance within employment legislation while minimizing organizational risk.

• Take responsibility for employee relations cases, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and investigations, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.

• Conduct workplace investigations and create high-quality, evidence-based reports that include clear recommendations.

• Coach and influence managers to enhance their confidence and capability in effectively addressing people-related issues.

• Design and implement HR training and coaching programs tailored to organizational needs and emerging trends.

• Analyze workforce and performance data to pinpoint trends (such as absence and turnover) and collaborate with specialists to formulate action plans.

• Work closely with colleagues in the People team, Legal, and other internal departments to deliver cohesive and consistent people solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ER policies, processes, and practices, embedding best practices and promoting inclusion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR or employee relations role within a dynamic environment.

• Strong, practical understanding of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.

• Confidence in managing complex and sensitive cases with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the capacity to coach and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in delivering HR training or workshops and modifying content to meet business needs.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and transforming insights into actionable plans.

• CIPD qualification (or in progress) or a degree in HR, business, or a related field.

• A collaborative team player who is values-driven, resilient, and focused on solutions.
