📋 Description

• Acts as the subject matter expert for the Employee Relations Center of Excellence throughout the organization.

• Responsible for enhancing HR practices across specific service lines in all aspects related to employee relations.

• Collaborates with the Strategic HR Partner and other HR Centers of Excellence to advance and implement HR initiatives.

• Oversee daily HR operations by supporting changes and enforcing policies and procedures across the service line.

• Offer HR policy guidance and coaching to managers to ensure uniform application of procedures and policies.

• Identify requirements and propose solutions to assist in achieving performance management objectives.

• Serve as a proactive HR partner while comprehending the business goals and objectives of respective areas.

• Anticipate potential employee experience and relations issues proactively and address or escalate concerns as needed.

• Assist in HR investigations and interventions in conjunction with relevant departments.

• Guide front-line employees in organizational and interpersonal communication, including active listening and constructive feedback.

• Engage in collective bargaining discussions and ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements.

• Foster positive employee relations.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee matters, involving documentation, interviews, and fact-finding.

• Provide guidance and recommendations for resolving issues to departmental officials and individuals.

• Lead and facilitate the employee relations program and its associated functions.

• Advise, review, and authorize disciplinary actions while recommending effective action plans.

• Establish and pursue new goals and objectives for advancing employee relations.

• Communicate with employees regarding concerns in employee relations; offer guidance and recommendations for issue resolution.

• Counsel employees on matters related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws, such as Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other relevant federal and state laws.

• Support managers and supervisors in understanding and applying company policies concerning performance, discipline, and related matters.

• Oversee the HR component of drug diversion and reasonable suspicion drug programs.

• Assist the Diversity and Inclusion team with executing diversity and cultural initiatives at the departmental level.

• Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study (Required)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (Required)

• Strong Analytical Thinking

• Effective Communication Skills

• Proficient Computer Skills

• Group Problem Solving Abilities

• Professional Presentation Skills
