This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee and execute comprehensive investigations related to the work environment, from initial intake to final resolution, which includes conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, gathering facts, analyzing information, and determining outcomes.
β’ Create and present detailed investigation reports, along with recommendations and corrective actions, to the appropriate stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
β’ Design and implement Employee Relations processes, programs, and policies that promote a positive workplace culture.
β’ Offer coaching and support as a trusted advisor to HR teams, leadership, and employees regarding performance management and conflict resolution strategies.
β’ Leverage data to track and analyze trends in Employee Relations, providing valuable insights to leadership.
β’ Develop and deliver training and educational resources related to Employee Relations for relevant stakeholders.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Progressive experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations, particularly in conducting intricate work environment investigations.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with global organizations and a strong understanding of EMEA employment and labor laws across various jurisdictions.
β’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities, with a talent for establishing trust and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
β’ Strong commitment to ethics and a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, capable of managing sensitive and complex situations with discretion and sound judgment.
β’ Demonstrated capability to handle multiple cases, projects, and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Proficient in HR and Case Management systems.
β’ Professional Certification in HR or Employee Relations, such as CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEI, is preferred.
