This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Oversee intricate termination cases from start to finish, including evaluation, documentation, coaching, and implementation.
β’ Handle formal employee grievances and carry out fair, comprehensive, and confidential investigations.
β’ Provide guidance to managers and leaders regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, and complex employee relations issues.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure compliant employee-relations processes.
β’ Draft and review Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), warning letters, termination letters, settlement agreements, and other sensitive documents.
β’ Identify recurring employee-relations challenges and suggest policy or process enhancements.
β’ Maintain confidential, detailed, and well-organized case documentation.
β’ Manage onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, employee data management, and ensure HRIS accuracy.
β’ Ensure HR documentation adheres to local labor laws, internal policies, and audit standards.
β’ Enhance HR workflows, templates, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Prepare HR reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, and terminations.
β’ Assist with payroll-related processes and respond to employee inquiries about policies and contracts.
β’ Collaborate with Legal and Payroll on process alignment, documentation standards, and risk management.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of HR experience encompassing HR operations and employee relations.
β’ Proven experience in managing complex or contested terminations.
β’ Skilled in overseeing grievance and investigation processes.
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Familiarity with international labor laws across various regions.
β’ Understanding of employment, B2B engagement, and HR compliance requirements.
β’ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise managers and senior leadership.
β’ Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.
β’ Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft formal HR documentation.
β’ Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting/data analysis.
β’ Ability to balance employee empathy with business protection and decisive actions.
β’ Experience in a rapidly growing or multi-regional company is preferred.
β’ Experience collaborating with Legal on employment-related matters is preferred.
β’ Experience mentoring or supporting HR team members is preferred.
β’ A degree in law is a nice-to-have.
