Employee Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations related to Employee Relations, including the collection and analysis of relevant facts.

• Collaborate closely with Employment Attorneys and the Internal Audit team.

• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports based on the findings.

• Issue warnings and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.

• Partner with HR and the Employee Success Shared Services teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.

• 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar role.

• Proficient in English at a business level.

• Previous HR experience supporting locations within ASEAN.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Capability to operate and provide advice in ambiguous situations.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools effectively.
