This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Conduct investigations related to employee relations by collecting and analyzing relevant facts, applying applicable laws and policies, and advising management on necessary actions.
β’ Collaborate with Employment Attorneys, Internal Audit, and other investigative entities.
β’ Interpret corporate policies, employment legislation, and regulations to provide guidance on employee relations inquiries.
β’ Facilitate interventions aimed at resolving low-risk employee disputes and conflicts.
β’ Compile findings from investigations into comprehensive reports, communicating conclusions and recommendations effectively.
β’ Administer warnings and disciplinary measures when necessary.
β’ Maintain thorough documentation throughout the intake, investigative, supporting, and final stages.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Employment Legal, HR colleagues, and Shared Services on strategies for workforce changes or reductions.
β’ Oversee employee relations and performance management cases from initial intake to resolution.
β’ Provide coaching to managers and HRBPs regarding employee behavior, performance, feedback, and corrective actions.
β’ Monitor, report, and analyze case trends utilizing Salesforceβs case management system.
β’ Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, case documentation, and data analysis.
β’ Assist in the development of employee relations and HR policies and templates.
β’ Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies for consistency and compliance.
β’ Develop and deliver presentations for management regarding employee relations topics, trends, and insights.
β’ Offer employee relations support for various locations to ensure comprehensive coverage across the APAC region.
β’ Proven ability to conduct thorough employee relations investigations using data-driven approaches.
β’ Competence in documenting and reporting cases in detail, providing logical, fact-based recommendations.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with 2β3 years specifically in Employee Relations or equivalent dedicated ER roles.
β’ Proficient in business-level English, encompassing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
β’ Previous HR experience supporting operations in India.
β’ Familiarity with performance management principles.
β’ Proven capability to guide and coach managers through employee relations challenges.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and handling escalations effectively.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
β’ Capacity to operate and provide advice within complex and uncertain situations.
β’ Understanding of client motivations and business challenges.
β’ Proficient in conflict resolution.
β’ Ability to make decisions guided by policies and business plans, with general oversight.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
β’ Preferred: experience in a centralized Employee Relations or HR model.
β’ Preferred: experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ideally within a rapidly growing technology company.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with Workday, HR Acuity, Slack, and Google applications.
β’ Experience in providing coaching and support to HR personnel and managers.
