This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing client-centered legal, human resources, and advisory assistance.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure smooth teamwork and high-quality results for clients.
• Lead and oversee a team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists, offering hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.
• Manage voluntary and non-voluntary terminations across various countries, including handling complex and sensitive cases.
• Assist and guide the team in providing initial employee relations support to clients.
• Personally oversee and advise on intricate employee lifecycle and employee relations cases to guarantee top-tier service.
• Advocate for a client-focused approach while continuously enhancing quality, consistency, and professionalism.
• Experience in Human Resources, Operations, and/or Employee Relations roles, with a background as a People Manager.
• Preferred qualifications include higher education degrees in HR, labor relations, or employment law; a strong necessity for this role is advanced expertise covering various HR facets, such as business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and a comprehensive understanding of local employment laws.
• Proven experience and knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in multiple countries, with significant exposure to complex involuntary employee exits and employee relations issues.
• Familiarity with progressive discipline processes, principles of workplace investigations, and effective coordination of employee relations resources.
• Demonstrated success in leadership awareness, team engagement, and achieving goals through effective communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across a culturally diverse and dispersed team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that bridge cultural and language gaps, with strong emotional intelligence, enabling the building of trust and rapport, and influencing senior leaders, management, clients, and employees at all organization levels.
• Outstanding verbal, analytical, and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
