Employee Relations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, encompassing concerns, conflicts, and investigations.

• Collaborate with managers on performance management, coaching, and providing employee support.

• Offer guidance on company policies, best practices, and everyday people management.

• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, mission-driven culture.

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

• Supervise HR administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and managing documentation.

• Handle timekeeping and attendance tracking, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing.

• Evaluate trends from employee feedback and ER cases to suggest improvements.

• Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist positions.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.

• Proven experience in managing investigations and sensitive employee issues.

• Practical experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping.

• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

• High degree of discretion and professionalism.

• Experience in supporting US-based employees and a strong familiarity with US HR practices and recruitment is highly preferred.

• Experience in educational, consulting, or service-oriented environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of HRIS and case management tools.
