β’ Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, encompassing concerns, conflicts, and investigations.
β’ Collaborate with managers on performance management, coaching, and providing employee support.
β’ Offer guidance on company policies, best practices, and everyday people management.
β’ Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, mission-driven culture.
β’ Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
β’ Supervise HR administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and managing documentation.
β’ Handle timekeeping and attendance tracking, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing.
β’ Evaluate trends from employee feedback and ER cases to suggest improvements.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and company policies.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist positions.
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.
β’ Proven experience in managing investigations and sensitive employee issues.
β’ Practical experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping.
β’ Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
β’ High degree of discretion and professionalism.
β’ Experience in supporting US-based employees and a strong familiarity with US HR practices and recruitment is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in educational, consulting, or service-oriented environments is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of HRIS and case management tools.
