β€’ Act as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, encompassing concerns, conflicts, and investigations.

β€’ Collaborate with managers on performance management, coaching, and providing employee support.

β€’ Offer guidance on company policies, best practices, and everyday people management.

β€’ Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, mission-driven culture.

β€’ Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.

β€’ Supervise HR administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and managing documentation.

β€’ Handle timekeeping and attendance tracking, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing.

β€’ Evaluate trends from employee feedback and ER cases to suggest improvements.

β€’ Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist positions.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations.

β€’ Proven experience in managing investigations and sensitive employee issues.

β€’ Practical experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping.

β€’ Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

β€’ High degree of discretion and professionalism.

β€’ Experience in supporting US-based employees and a strong familiarity with US HR practices and recruitment is highly preferred.

β€’ Experience in educational, consulting, or service-oriented environments is preferred.

β€’ Knowledge of HRIS and case management tools.
