This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in coordinating payroll, making salary and wage adjustments, and administering employee benefits.
β’ Verify that employee information in the HRIS is precise and execute compensation actions in line with established procedures and legal requirements.
β’ Aid employees in comprehending their benefits, monitor enrollment deadlines, and address payroll discrepancies.
β’ Work collaboratively with HR, finance, and external service providers.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits is required.
β’ AIHR certifications are necessary.
β’ SHRM certification is required.
β’ An Associate or Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ Experience in healthcare or nonprofit environments is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with FLSA, ACA, and HIPAA regulations is essential.
