β’ Demonstrated success in managing extensive audit programs
β’ Skilled in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
β’ Exceptional emotional maturity
β’ Practical experience with a workforce of up to 2,000 employees
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
β’ Masterβs degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are advantageous
