This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Addressing grievances, workplace disputes, and policy breaches
• Ensuring compliance with regional labor regulations and global standards
• Leading inquiries into harassment and misconduct allegations
• Administering HR audit initiatives for compliance verification
• Creating and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures throughout the Employee Relations lifecycle
• Collaborating on performance enhancement plans and addressing behavioral issues
• Supervising international transfers and ensuring immigration compliance
• Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years dedicated to Employee Relations
• At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner/Generalist role
• Demonstrated success in managing extensive audit programs
• Skilled in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
• Exceptional emotional maturity
• Practical experience with a workforce of up to 2,000 employees
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are advantageous
