Employee Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Strategize, create, and implement communication tactics for both internal and external audiences

• Design and carry out employee communication initiatives

• Collaborate closely with business partners to deliver employee communication programs

• Recognize opportunities for employment branding and activation

• Act as a primary source for information related to the employment brand

• Craft clear, concise, and on-brand content that engages and informs employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field

• At least two years of experience in internal communications

• Proven ability to suggest effective internal communication strategies

• Capable of utilizing various communication channels effectively

• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in producing clear documentation and reports

• Strong interpersonal abilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and employment branding platforms
